Landlord & Tenant
For over 40 years we have represented residential landlords, as well as commercial landlords and tenants. We negotiate and draft leases, rental agreements and other rental documents. When needed, we handle all aspects of eviction matters.
Small Business Matters
We form, merge, represent and even dissolve corporations, LLCs, partnerships and LLPs. including the drafting of operating agreements, bylaws, contracts, shareholder agreements and other documents. We assist clients in buying or selling a business whether by a stock sale, an asset purchase, or an arrangement tailored to the client's particular needs. We also convert entities to a different type of entity when needed.
Planning and Probate
We draft planning documents including Wills, Health Care Proxies, Durable Powers of Attorney, Trusts and others. We also Probate Massachusetts estates and assist with all aspects of the probate process, including real estate sales. We also draft documents that allow parents to appoint a temporary care giver of a minor child with medical and other powers that may be needed while the parents are away or otherwise unavailable.
